How to set up your campaign
Before you begin setting up your campaign on Grassrootz you will need the following assets:
A campaign image - 350 x 350px
Primary and secondary colours - HEX or RGB format
Campaign banner image - 1500px wide x 350px high
Campaign copy - Over 100 words is recommended
Optional assets such as images, videos or PDFs
Once your campaign assets are ready, setting up your campaign will take around 5 minutes.

Promotion Tips
As soon as your Appeal, Giving Day or Donation Form is ready to go, it’s time to start promoting it to your audience.
There are many ways to get your message out there, but below are a few ways to help get you started.
Add your campaign URL to your website’s Homepage and Give Now pages
Create organic and paid social posts highlighting the impact your campaign will have
Send dedicated EDMs to your database - A/B test the ‘Send from’ name to see which one results in a higher open rate
Include your campaign QR code on your print marketing collateral and direct mail letters
Ask your corporate partners to host an end-of-year event in support of your campaign
Add a campaign banner image to your work email signature
